Statute of the management board - Composition of the management board - Management board’s statements
The management board of ZM "ROPCZYCE" S.A. is composed of one or more members. The actual number of the management board members is settled by the supervisory board of the company. The term of office for the board’s members is common and it lasts for three years. In order to make statements and sign in the name of the company, cooperation of two management board members or one management board member and the proxy is required. In case the management board is composed of a single person, the only management board member makes statements and signs in the name of the company.
Meetings of the management board of ZM "ROPCZYCE" S.A. are at least held once in a month.
